RICOH AMERICAS CORPORATION on March 7, 2013, announcing the merger of Pentax Ricoh Imaging Americas Corporation, Security Systems Division and RICOH AMERICAS CORPORATION, Dynamic Capture Solutions Division into a single entity to be called RICOH AMERICAS CORPORATION, Industrial Optical Systems Division.

This organizational change, which affects both North and South America, is designed to address the optical security requirements of the business to business (B2B) community and will create a better alignment between the organization and its channel, provide a consistent dealer/distributor experience for all authorized resellers and allow increased attention to each type of partner, product and addressable market.

Headquartered in West Caldwell, New Jersey, the new organization will consolidate its sales, marketing and support structure to better serve the channel community. This focus on the B2B community combined with an increased emphasis on support and new programs demonstrates Ricoh’s commitment to its channel partners.
